Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the minimum set needed to make the website work and respect your preferences.
Essential cookies
WordPress session cookies and security tokens. These are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
Functional cookies and local storage
- Language preference: if you switch the page to Spanish, Google Translate sets a
googtranscookie to remember your choice across pages. - Accessibility preferences: the Accessibility Tools panel saves your selected profile and feature toggles in your browser’s
localStorage(under the keymfe-a11y-prefs) so your preferences persist between visits. This data stays on your device: we do not transmit it to our servers.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party website analytics. If we add an analytics tool in the future (for example Google Analytics), we will update this notice and request your consent before activating any non-essential tracking.
Marketing
We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this website.
Managing your preferences
You can clear cookies and site data at any time through your browser’s privacy or history settings. Doing so will reset your saved language and accessibility preferences on next visit.
Third parties we share information with
We share limited website information with the following service providers, all under appropriate data-protection terms:
- Google Translate: when you select Spanish, page text is sent through Google’s translation service. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Maps: embedded location maps load tiles and place data from Google. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Form processors: our patient intake forms are delivered through TruForm, a HIPAA-aligned form provider. Form data submitted through TruForm is governed by both this Privacy Policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Hosting provider: our website is hosted by a U.S.-based hosting provider under appropriate data-protection contracts. We do not name the provider here so that infrastructure changes do not invalidate this notice.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
